These Terms and Conditions of Use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. and you with respect to your use of this Site.
Customers may not use this website, for any illegal purpose or that is prohibited by these conditions of use.
Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant or represent that use of its online booking facility will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through this will be free of viruses, worms or other harmful components.
Customers represent that they are of sufficient legal age and they possess the legal right to use the service provided by this website before creating binding obligations for any liability that they may incur as a result of the use of this service.
Customer is solely, financially responsible for all uses through the service selected to be used by them and those using their login information.
Customers should notify that everything is subject to realization of payment.
Customers will supervise all usage of the booking facility under their name or account.
Customers warrant that all information supplied by them and members of their household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
We retain all rights (including copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information and material available through our website.
Customers must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through our website except with the written permission of Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. and in full compliance with all Indian and other applicable laws and regulations; provided, however that any downloading that occurs in the normal course of using the Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. website in accordance with the published written instructions of Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall not be prohibited.
Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any fraudulent use of Credit card for any services provided through it. If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else the transaction is liable to be cancelled.
Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.
Customers should re-confirm with the organization after the transaction.

REFUND OF TICKETS
|

We will directly refund the value of tickets purchased by you from our offices. Refund shall be processed as per the mode of payment made.
If the ticket has been paid for in cash, we will refund the amount BY A/C CHEQUE; and if the ticket has been paid for by credit card, we will issue a credit slip.
Tickets issued outside India will be refunded in the country where the ticket is purchased. The refund with regard to a ticket issued by a travel agent can only be done through that travel agent

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING AMONG OTHER THINGS LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS), OR EXEMPLARY, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR SUBJECT TO EQUITABLE OR INJUNCTIVE REMEDIES (WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF ACCESS USE OF THIS WEB SITE, OR DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE, THE AVAILABILITY AND UTILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

AMMENDEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

You can cancel domestic flight bookings. For online cancellation, NTIPL will charge Rs.150 as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact Nutan Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. direct no’s .For all offline cancellation a standard charge of Rs.300 per booking, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply.
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using NTIPL Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
Nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude liabilities not permitted to be excluded by applicable law.
Any carriage by air using a ticket obtained using this web site shall be subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier and may also be subject to the Warsaw convention or the Montréal convention, which may limit the carrier's liability in certain circumstances. You should refer to the note on conditions of carriage set out below.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.
